Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cyberun Cloud ("the Service"), operated by Cyberun ("we", "us"). By signing in with Google or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cyberun Cloud orchestrates AI workflows across compute fleets you and your team operate. The free tier offered at sign-up provides limited quotas (single team, single member, capped workflow run rate) intended for evaluation and small-scale use. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis; we make no commitments about uptime, throughput, or feature continuity during the free-tier launch period.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service. You must sign in with a valid Google account; we do not currently offer email-and-password signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for everything that happens under your Cyberun account. You may have only one Cyberun account; creating multiple accounts to evade quotas or restrictions is a Terms violation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal where you live or where Cyberun operates; that infringes third-party intellectual property; that targets harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual material at any person; or that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service, exceed published rate limits, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the workflows, prompts, custom nodes, models, and outputs you create or upload through the Service. You grant Cyberun a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell access to it, or display it to other users.

5. Fees and free tier

The current free tier is provided without charge. Paid tiers introduced in the future will be announced with at least 30 days' notice for current users; continuing to use the Service after the announcement and any required tier selection constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for that tier. We may modify free-tier quotas with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these Terms or applicable law, for prolonged inactivity, or — with notice — if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (Sections 7, 8, 9) survive.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYBERUN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID TO CYBERUN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. CYBERUN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Taipei, Taiwan, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer law.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes to these Terms are announced by updating the date at the top of the page and, for currently-active users, by notice at next sign-in. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
